Paramount Skydance Jan. 14 named Dennis Cinelli its new CFO, effective Jan. 15, replacing interim CFO Andrew Warren.
Dennis Cinelli
Cinelli, who joined Paramount’s board last September, will step down from that position to take on this new role. He previously served as CFO at Scale AI, and held executive finance positions at Uber, Pandora, and Viacom (a predecessor to the former Paramount Global).
Warren will remain with Paramount as a strategic adviser. Additionally, Paramount named Andrew Campion (former CFO of Nike) to its board of directors to replace the promoted Cinelli.
This appointment comes amid ongoing challenges, including a hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros. Discovery and broader restructuring efforts.
