Disney Drops Teaser for ‘Toy Story 5’ Hitting Theaters June 19, 2026

Disney/Pixar Animation have dropped the teaser trailer for Toy Story 5, the next installment in the 30-year-old animated set to release in theaters June 19, 2026.
The new movie, which again features Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks), Buzz (Tim Allen), Jessie (Joan Cusack), and newcomers Conan O’Brien as the toilet training tech toy Smarty Pants, and Greta Lee as LilyPad, finds the old toys challenged after being introduced to what kids are obsessed with today: electronics.
The “Toy Story” franchise has generated more than $3 billion at the global box office, including the fourth film helping Disney sell an industry record $11 billion in ticket sales across 12 movies in 2019. The movies have been a goldmine for Disney consumer products, video games, streaming and home entertainment.
Toy Story 5 is directed by Academy Award winner Andrew Stanton (WALL•E, Finding Nemo, Finding Dory), co-directed by Kenna Harris (Ciao Alberto), and produced by Lindsey Collins (Turning Red, WALL•E, Finding Dory).
