‘Severance’ Again Tops Weekly Whip U.S. Streaming Originals Chart Through Feb. 16

“Severance” for a fourth week took the No. 1 spot on the Whip Media chart of streaming originals among U.S. consumers for the week ended Feb. 16.

The second season of the Apple TV+ series debuted Jan. 17. “Severance” follows Mark Scout (Adam Scott), who leads a team at Lumon Industries, whose employees have undergone a severance procedure that surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives.

Rising from No. 4 to No. 2 on the chart was “Invincible,” season three of which premiered Feb. 6 on Prime Video. The adult animated series is based on the comic book series.

Remaining at No. 3 on the chart was the Peacock competition series “The Traitors.” The game show, a U.S. version of the reality TV series where contestants must work together to eliminate other contestants, bowed its third season Jan. 9.

Landing at No. 4 on the chart was Netflix’s “Cobra Kai,” based on the “Karate Kid” series starring Ralph Macchio and set years later. Part three of the final (sixth) season of the series debuted Feb. 13.

Coming in at No. 5 on the chart was “Paradise,” which debuted on Hulu on Jan. 26. The political thriller is set in a bunker in Colorado three years after a doomsday event as a U.S. Secret Service agent tries to discover the truth behind the killing of the President of the United States.
